Privacy & service terms
Plain-language operating terms for the private beta. These should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before a wider public launch.
Photo privacy
Your uploads are stored privately and are available only to the operator processing your order. We do not sell photos, publish them, or use them in advertising or training datasets.
Anonymous funnel measurement
We record the campaign angle and completed funnel steps with a random session identifier. The funnel report stores no advertising cookie, photo, filename, email, or raw IP address, and its events are deleted after 90 days.
Your permission
You confirm that you own the submitted photos or have permission from the people depicted. Do not submit deceptive, harmful, illegal, or public-figure impersonation requests.
Deletion
You can permanently delete the uploaded and generated files using the button on your private result page. Payment records may remain where legally required.
Delivery
The target turnaround is 24 hours during the private beta. Complex or low-quality photos may take longer. If we cannot create a natural result, we will contact you about a refund.
AI assistance
Photos may be processed with a third-party generative image provider and are always reviewed before delivery. Generated results may contain imperfections.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details. We do not receive or store your card number. The current product is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription.
